Originally from Georgia, my husband, children, and I moved to Colorado in 1967. When I began my real estate career in the early 1980s, interest rates were 18% and the nation was in a financial crisis. Despite these challenges, I became a top producer, providing excellent services to my buyers and sellers and representing major financial institutions as their exclusive listing realtor.
Over the years, I have served as an exclusive relocation realtor for local and national corporations, helping employees move into and out of Colorado. I have also represented new home builders as their listing agent and listed and sold hundreds of homes for individual seller clients.
Throughout Colorado’s widely varying markets, I have won numerous awards for top listing and top selling agent. My expertise has led to invitations to speak at conferences. Currently, I am a member of the Builder Realtor Council and have served as a listing agent for national builders while also selling new homes to buyers. My license is with the Denver Metro area’s largest independent brokerage, Your Castle Real Estate.
